I ordered a 2 cake for birthday, got delivery on time but in a damaged condition so I contact the customer care service and they said that their chef will come and make it right. I thought bakingo is big in cake and bakery and when the chef came he looks like labor wearing slippers and dirty clothes. He was carrying a metal scale in his pocket and he just put the scale in cake to adjust. before I said something he starts his work on the cake without even wash/sanitize his hand and scale. highly unprofessional and highly unhygienic. with this level of experience I will never go with Bakingo again and never recommend to others.
