Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
  • 1 cup of hung yoghurt
  • 1 ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Milk 

Frosting 

  • Raw chocolate

Method:

  • Sieve all-purpose flour and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Take a bowl of yoghurt and pour the dry ingredients into it. 
  • Whisk it until combined well. If you do not find the right consistency, pour some milk and combine well. 
  • Now add cocoa powder and vanilla extra to the batter and mix well. 
  • As per your taste, you can increase the quantity of sugar. 
  • Line the cake tins with parchment paper and pour the cake batter. 
  • Bake the cake for 30-45 minutes. 
  • Till the cake is baking, melt the raw chocolate in a double boiler for frosting. 
  • Let the cake cool down before you start frosting. 
  • Now, pour the melted chocolate on the cake.

Method
