Add the Soy milk, flours, baking powder and sugar to the raison mix and stir together well. Pour into a non-stick 1 pound bread pan that has been well greased. Bake at 176\u00b0C for 1 hour. Sift baking powder, salt and flour in a pan and add brown sugar, vegan butter and apple cider and mix well. Add the rest of the items and mix then pour into a non-stick bake pan. Bake at 176\u00b0C for an hour. Toothpick should come out clean. Mix baking powder, flour and ground almonds in a bowl. Melt sugar and soy milk together and add to flour and mix well. Add the apricot mixture, roasted almonds and almond flavoring. Combine well. Put into a non-stick greased 6&#8243; round cake pan and bake at 176\u00b0C for 50 minutes. Test and toothpick should come out clean. Mix all the dry ingredients together and combine vegan buttermilk, oil, Soy milk, vanilla and coffee to this mix. Empty batter into pans and bake for 35 minutes. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
