Don\u2019t worry! We bring you a recipe for a simple cake that surely speaks about love.<br \/>\nToday, a chocolate cake topped with cherries is the homemade anniversary cake we are sharing the recipe of.<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For Cherry Topping<\/strong><br \/>\n15 Cherries with the stem (or without stem, if you like so and number of cherries also depends on your preference)<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Cake<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup Unsalted Butter at room temperature.<br \/>\n200 grams Semi-Sweet Chocolate (in pieces)<br \/>\n2 Cups of Sugar<br \/>\n6 Egg yolks<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Vanilla<br \/>\n2 \u00bd Cups All-Purpose Flour<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Baking Powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup Milk<br \/>\n1\/2 Teaspoon Salt<br \/>\nNonstick Spray<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Ganache<\/strong><br \/>\n110-gram Semi-Sweet Chocolate (chopped)<br \/>\n400 millilitre Condensed Milk<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Baking Process of Homemade Anniversary Cake: &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>First of all, the basic thing; preheat the oven to 350 degrees F<\/li>\n<li>Combine butter and sugar well enough in a mixer for three to five minutes<\/li>\n<li>Pour milk in a pot and add semi-sweet chocolate in it. Stir it on the medium heat until the chocolate melts and gets combined with milk well enough.<\/li>\n<li>Take baking soda, salt, and flour and mix them together in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add egg yolks and vanilla to the mixture prepared on step 2. Do it with a mixer on medium speed.<\/li>\n<li>Alternating with the flour, pour half of the chocolate &amp; milk mixture into the butter mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Take cake pans and grease them with nonstick spray.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cake dough into the two cake pans and bake for around 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When the cake looks baked perfectly, remove the cake pans oven and let it cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Until the cake is cooling, let\u2019s prepare Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt the chocolate with the condensed milk on a medium heat<\/li>\n<li>Add the butter after the chocolate melts completely and stir the whole until it becomes thick.<\/li>\n<li>It may take a while. Don\u2019t lose your cool!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Now, let\u2019s assemble the cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take out the one layer of cake from the cake pan and pour hot and delicious chocolate ganache on it.<\/li>\n<li>Now place the second layer of cake from the other cake pan on top of the first layer.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly and carefully, pour all the Ganache on the second layer and do remember to cover the sides as well.<\/li>\n<li>Put the cake into the fridge to let the Ganache set on the cake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>As the cake is ready and Ganache is set, let\u2019s move ahead to the topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take out the cherries from the fridge and sprinkle refined white sugar on them.<\/li>\n<li>Make a pyramid of cherries on the centre of the cake.<\/li>\n<li>Put some of the cherries on the sides for the visual appeal.<\/li>\n<li>The decoration depends on your creativity too!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The delicious, chocolicious, and cherry-rich homemade anniversary cake is ready!<br \/>\nYou should buy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakingo.com\/anniversary-cakes\">anniversary cakes<\/a> when you are short of time!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Occasions like anniversaries may never pass without celebrations.
