Choose overripe because it tastes better when baked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2-Now, peel the banana and smash it using a blender or fork in a way that there are no lumps left.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3-After you have smashed the banana, add jaggery or sugar and beat well until the jaggery is completely dissolved in the mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4- The next step involved adding oil to the jaggery and banana mixture and beating it well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5- Now add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well to the banana puree blended with oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6-Now take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl, mix well and add into the banana puree.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7- Start the oven and set it to preheat mode at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, meanwhile complete all the other tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8-Cut and fold the whole mixture, do not beat or stir the batter. Once you prepare a smooth batter, add dry fruits or nuts into that and then cut and fold the batter well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9-Once it is ready, cool it down for a few minutes.
